• Hello,

    I have the Pro version of your plugin. The invoices are attached to the “completed” mail which is send to customers. The “completed” status is automatically triggered when the parcel is scanned by DHL by another plugin (Sendcloud)..
    Customers do receive the completed mail, but the wrong invoice is attached.. (from an other order)

    Can’t figure out what to do, hope you can help me!

    Hello Bas,
    Us this only happening with the Sendcloud plugin? What happens if you send the email manually or set the orders manually to completed? If this works like it should, it sounds like the Sendcloud plugin may be conflicting here.

    Did you find anything? Are you using WPML? There was another report on the forums here, this person doesn’t use the Sendcloud plugin.
