Wrong images marked

Just looked up an image marked as Unreferenced Unused Images. It’s used in the gallery of the post it’s in.
Don’t trust this plugin, it’s too long abandoned.As mentioned before I have 5000 FILES in the folder, yet this found 10000 Unreferenced Unused Images
Not possible.
