Wrong image from media library

    hello.
    Many times, when I import an image from the media library, the gallery shows me a completely different image.
    I import it again and it does the same thing.
    I have to upload the same image with a different name to fix it, which unnecessarily doubles the number of images in the database.
    Any idea what is happening?
