Wrong homepage rel amphtml

Hi,
I’ve installed this AMP plugin, it’s working really great, but homepage link rel is pointing to the newest post instead of the homepage. It’s maybe because of my settings in WordPress. I don’t have set homepage to static page, it’s automatic in my Weblizar Enigma theme.
