    WP version: 6.5.2 FR / PHP: 8.1
Theme: Automobile Hub Pro (Themespride) 1.2.2.

    LiteSpeed cache plugin: 6.2
Other Plugins: WPforms, SEOKey, Tablepress, trustindex.io, Hostinger AI
    Hosting: Hostinger

    Hello,

I just setup LiteSpeed plugin with recommended parameters (advanced preset).

But randomly the Home Page does not display the right fonts (but the default ones in my theme). Same in Incognito Mode in the broswer. Both on desktop and mobile. The WordPress first line (when I am logged in) also does not show up in this case. Sometime I see the wrong fonts then immediatelty replaced/refreshed by the right ones but not always.

Something with the cache? Any tip?

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @lolo44500 @litetim Thank you – I revisited Guest Mode, and switching it OFF this time solved it for me.

    Hello,

I am still trying to figure my issue out. Sometime fonts/colors/size are incorrect (default) on home page when cache on. Setting guest mode to OFF works but it means no cache therefore why keeping Litespeed plugin? All my visitors are guests. noopt or nocache also works but same remark.

One remark: whenever I add /?xxx whatever “xxx” is then it is correct. If it can help solving my issue.

@lolo44500 See more details about guest mode: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/general/#guest-mode
Leave it off and make Google tests with Guest mode ON and OFF to see results

Thanks. I have run PageSpeed insight in both modes. Performance is much better with Guest mode and optimisation ON. But causing layout issues.

Why is it working properly when I just add “?” to my URL?

adding ? server thinks is a different page
Different data is sent to server event thought, at the end the content is the same as without ?

    (@lolo44500)

Yes but it is amazing that the home page is perfect with the “?” and has layout issues without.

    Hi,

Adding a “/?” at the end of the URL fixes my issue. Pagespeed insight score is the same so still caching and optimizing.

So any clue on how to fix the issue without adding this “/?” ?

    Thanks

Hello, this is me again ??

I realize that whenever I exclude the style.css file from being optimized by LiteSpeed it does work. But very bad performance though. The style.css file is provided by my Theme editor (ThemesPride). Any thing I should do?

There are is a setting about Google Fronts in /wp-admin/admin.php?page=litespeed-page_optm#settings_html: Load Google Fonts Asynchronously have you tried switching it?

    Thread Starter lolo44500

    (@lolo44500)

Yes it is set to ON (Load Google Fonts Asynchroneously). I tried OFF – same

@lolo44500 here’s what eventually solved my font problem:

    Guest Mode OFF

    Self Hosting Font YES

    CSS + Java OFF

Agreed, it doesn’t offer a ton of optimisation but after so many hours with a broken site i had to make that sacrifice.

@helbor Thanks. Yes does solve the issue but too bad performance and lighthouse score then. Still trying out to find a better compromise ??

I am sorry for the broke website
We can’t send you a predefined settings and make it work. You need to test each settings and see results. Remember to clear cache!

Thanks. I have fixed all issues by removing LiteSpeed plugin and installing WP-Rocket instead. No issue anymore and very good performance!
