    WP version: 6.5.2 FR / PHP: 8.1
Theme: Automobile Hub Pro (Themespride) 1.2.2.

    LiteSpeed cache plugin: 6.2
Other Plugins: WPforms, SEOKey, Tablepress, trustindex.io, Hostinger AI
    Hosting: Hostinger
    Site: premiumautoconseil.fr

    Hello,

I just setup LiteSpeed plugin with recommended parameters (advanced preset).

But randomly the Home Page does not display the right fonts (but the default ones in my theme). Same in Incognito Mode in the broswer. Both on desktop and mobile. The WordPress first line (when I am logged in) also does not show up in this case. Sometime I see the wrong fonts then immediatelty replaced/refreshed by the right ones but not always.

Something with the cache? Any tip?

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@helbor can your developer make a test? move font Marcellus to be loaded from your server.
As for menu dropdown not working, seems a CSS issue which is not reproducing when I load your homepage

Thanks @litetim – i did try hosting the font. No luck. I have all CSS and JS optimisation settings turned off. Crazy how it works perfectly in “no optimisation” mode, but even with all optimisation settings turned OFF, it’s still broken. Hours and hours of testing, can’t find a solution.

Disabling cache for visitors works for me but it’s like removing the cache plugin isnt’it?

@lolo44500 Not really. If you disabled “Guest optimization” disabled some features which increases the page speed on Google BUT themes & plugins must be done in a way to be compatible with these features.

I did what you asked for: disabling visitor mode and visitor optimization (general settings). OK works. But it looks like there is no optimization anymore (bad GMT score) so like if I had removed the LiteSpeed plugin

@litetim Thank you, the Home page font is now fixed, as well as the broken dropdown on Home page we inherited along the way. However, on mobile, the footer is now broken. It displays adjacent columns instead of stacked columns. The support agent told me he could not “reproduce the issue” because he’s using Edge browser, and he stopped responding. All this time, ALL CSS and JS optimisation settings are set to OFF, Guest Mode is ON.

Update – the footer is resolved, thank you for all the support.

@helbor Hi, would you mind sharing your litespeed parameters?

@helbor Hi there, unfortunately my issues are still there, after all. When i visit the site in incognito mode, my font still doesn’t load, my dropdown is still broken. The footer was an error from our side so that has been fixed. In Litespeed, all CSS and JS optimisations are turned off, Guest Mode is On, but with Guest Mode Off, the problems were still there.

For a dropdown menu on a home page to be broken is really a problem.

Same here in Incognito mode. Wrong fonts/color/size (default). Drop down menu splited on 2 lines, WP articles thunbnails not displayed on front page, footer incorrect, custom CSS not executed…

Home page only. All others are ok.

@lolo44500 I also have my font self-hosted, this didn’t make any difference.

Here setting guest mode OFF then purge of cache has “fixed” the issue but… nocache anymore!

I understand what are you pointing out.
Your dev can test different settings that might help with Google insight score
