Wrong fee with shipping classes

    With this setup I get wrong fees.

    1x Product with height 15, weight 284, not in shipping class flyer.

    With this in cart get a shipping fee of 7,- I don’t know where the 7 is coming from.
    If I add this product two times, it shows 15,-
    If I remove the fees related to the shipping class flyer every thing seems normal.
    With flyer fees in settings.

    with this:
    if ( isset( $clases[ 'sin-clase' ] ) && $clases[ 'todas' ] > 0 ) {
