    Hi,
Using ai1ec 2.2.0 (or the latest version r1092677 from svn), I’ve a recurring event (duration 1h), when a I add an exclude date it is still visible on the calendar.

After some debugging I saw that the generated excluded dates ($exclude_dates model/event/instance.php:156) are 1h later :
    Excluded date: 2015-03-13T13:24:00+00:00
    Excluded date: 2015-03-20T13:24:00+00:00
    Excluded date: 2015-03-27T13:24:00+00:00
    Event date: 2015-03-06T12:24:00+00:00
Event date: 2015-03-13T12:24:00+00:00 –> should be excluded
Event date: 2015-03-20T12:24:00+00:00 –> should be excluded
Event date: 2015-03-27T12:24:00+00:00 –> should be excluded

I will try to continue this debugging tomorrow.
I know it would be more appropriate to post that on plugins.trac.www.remarpro.com but I can’t find all-in-on-calendar in the plugin list.

  • Hi,

thanks for reporting this. i will add it to our internal tracker, let me know if you find something about it.

Hi, can you give us the exact set up you are using? The timezone of your blog, the recurrence rules and so on?Maybe post a screenshot of the “Add new event page” so that i can replicate

Ok thanks it was simply a timezone problem (event’s timezone was set to Paris and in the ai1ec’s timezone set to london).

I also have another problem, about the excluded dates UI, we are using custom dates, to add a new date we need to re-select all previous excluded dates.

It would be easier to pre-select the excluded dates when the repeat box is opened, so that we can easily add or remove dates.

Hi, yes that’s an improvement we have to make. I’m closing this
