    I have my product set for 49.99 UK pounds but when a customer in Europe goes to my site the charge is 70.00 Euros which is no where close to the current exchange rate.. Not sure whats causing this. Please advise.

    Can you share screenshots from your taxes settings so we can take a look and make sure they are not interfering with this? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Please share a screenshot from:

    • WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes > Standard Rates

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
