Wrong emails being sent out on registration

  • I have just discovered that new people registering are not getting the right email being sent to them. Instead of receiving the thank you email for registering and has been sent for approval they are instead being sent an email on how to change their password with the appropriate link.

    I have tested this out and the wrong email is being sent out

    That sounds like the WP default email message, which would indicate you are using the default WP registration form (i.e. wp-login.php?action=register).
