Wrong email when payment complete

When I click on payment complete, wp sends an email with payment information to the customer, as if the product is not payed already.
Before i used wp shop styling to customize the outgoing emails, but that does not work anymore. After I turned that plugin off, I have that problem.
Where can I customize what email is sent when clicking on which butten in shop-purchaches?
