    Hi Folks

On Monday 27 February we had 2 clients who submitted bookings for the 1 March 2018 and both bookings were allocated to 29 March 2018.

Do you have any idea how why this would happen? Seems strange that 2 people on the same day make a booking for the same date and both bookings are set for 29 March instead of 1 March.

    Cheers Claire

    Hi @bybo,

That is very strange. I don’t know why that would happen, but because it occurred at the boundary between two months that would be my first suspicion.

I haven’t had any other reports about this and I’m unable to reproduce it myself, so I won’t have any luck debugging it. But please let me know if you run into any further issues.

A common source of problems is when the WordPress timezone isn’t set up properly under the general WordPress settings. It doesn’t sound like that would play a role here but it’s a good thing to double-check whenever there are date/time issues.

    Hi there

Yes it was very strange. Let us see how it goes as we have not had this happen before and I suspect it was a user issue with the change of month and not looking at the calendar properly.

And yes the time zone is set up correctly in the site.

    Thanks again regards Claire

    Hello,
    i′ve got the same problem.
I have realized where the error is.
The date that always puts in the reserves is the same as the publication of the page.
When a client makes a reservation through our website, in the confirmation email, the publication date of the page where the plugin is hosted will always be published.
