Wrong Date for some orders in Woocommerce

    I have a problem with the order dates. im getting orders, which have a completely wrong date on the backend. but if i make a testorder, everything is fine. don’t get it.

    the timezone of WordPress installation is set to zurich and show the right time and date. the woo commerce status show standard time sone is utc.

    any idea, why the orders are made yesterday are dated in January 2020?

    Thanks for that! Are you seeing these orders with the wrong date everywhere, or just in the dashboard?

    One route of testing I’d recommend would be to test for either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi. thank you for your feedback. I will try this. But the point is i cant test it. If i place the order, everything works fine with the date on the backend. if a client makes a order, the date is wrong.

    Also i try to to it on a other browser without a login and it works also great (both macs). So its hard to find the found by myself…

    The dates are wrong in the backend from woocommerce (orders). I have to sort it by number, then its on the right way.

    I will try to find a way to test it.

    Hmm, okay, that does make it tricky – are you able to reproduce the issue at all? I would work on that, and see if you can make it happen (or enlist the help of someone else to make it happen) – maybe try a different computer, new account, no account, etc.

    Hi. I try it again with another browser and without been logged in. But i cant get replace the issue at all. but there are a lot of orders, their not in the right order… No idea why this is happen.

    Thanks for trying that. Are you able to try it on a different device? Would a friend or customer be able to try possibly to see if they can reproduce it?

    Hi. Thank you for your message. i just leave it. the new orders now are ok. So, i dont want to waste more time ?? now i have problems with another installation to fix, where i have products not available, which have stock. really strange again. thank you for your help.
