I’m using the paypal field linked to a currency field limited to 150€.

I fill the form and when the Paypal windows pops up the total is 1€.

Everything was working fine when I firstly setup the plugin.

What can I check to know what’s causing the issue?

    Hi @supportowpok

    I hope you’re well today!

I just tried to replicate this on my test site but but to no success so far. There’s an “export” option in Forminator that lets you export the form configuration so it could possibly help if I could test with your form “as is”.

Could you export the form and share it export code with us (if it contains any “sensitive data” you might want to edit the form first – or duplicate it, edit duplicate and share that duplicate)?

Meanwhile, could you also check following thins:

    – are currency settings consistent between currency field and PayPal field?
    – is, by any chance, the currency field using some conditional visibility logic and/or calculations based on some other fields?

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hi @wpmudev-support8, thanks for reply.

Waiting for your reply I’ve tested various scenarios and I found that using two decimal in my input lets Paypal works as expected.

I don’t know if this is a requirement, anyway it works only with this setting.

    Thank you
