Wrong custom thank you page appearing

    Could you make a test with a default theme and only with WooCommerce and Custom Thank you page activated ?

    It is still the same.
    The page which appears instead of the custom thank you page is about “returning an order”, it is not a thank you page neither an order confirmation page. And the only button it has leads to an error 404 page. I really do not know where this page is coming from and why it is conflicting with the custom thank you page.

    Hi,
    you also tested only with woocommerce plugin active and the other plugins disabled?

    Have you set the custom thank you page in the plugin General Settings?

    I have tried it, but it doesn’t change a thing.
    The plug in is correctly set.

    I have talked with WordPress support. They invite you to contact their developers just to check with them that your plug in is correctly set to work with WordPress: https://en.support.wordpress.com/developers/

    Hi @emelineped,
    we have tested the plugin and we cannot reproduce any issue. The plugin works without issues.
    Could you please provide the screenshot of your settings so we can check them?

    Are you using some particular payment gateway?
