    Hello and thank you for a great plugin! I just started with it and have one problem. If you follow the link it states the price to be in SEK when default currency of shop is in USD. SEK 54 should be USD 54. I have a multi currency plugin installed, could that interfere somehow? Thank you

    And if I change the currency from the review site to show prices in USD it changes the price so it becomes the price in USD but the price is then calculated from SEK so the price becomes like 6 USD instead of the real price which is 54 USD… Thank you

    1. Do you know if the customer who wrote the review paid in USD or SEK? What is the currency in their WooCommerce order?

    2. Which plugin you are using for different currencies?

    Hello, yes it seems to be working a little different each time BUT I have a bigger problem. I have sent out reminders to customers who I just checked with and they have not received any reminders. I then changed the delivery email in one order to one of my own emails and changed the order status to processing and then delivered. After this I sent the reminder (to my own email) And also I did not receive any invitation to review the purchase. The initial review invitation was sent out two days ago, did not arrive. My try was done now, also did not arrive. What can be the problem? I have received reviews before this so my setup should be fine. Thank you!

    Most likely, it is a problem with WP Cron. Can you please try to send a review reminder manually (see https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000072126-how-to-manually-send-review-reminders-) and check if it works this way?
