Hello @marie911 what currency do you want it to be? Can you clarify? You want it to be in Canadian dollars? Price on Google SERP is showing in US? If that’s the case then you need to go into your GMC account and make sure that the currency is set to CAD not US. WooCommerce would have nothing to do with GMC. If you’re using an app to connect your store to GMC check that as well.

    Hello marie911,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

May I ask which plugin are you using to link your site with Google?
Also, share a screenshot of Currency options in the WooCommerce.

I will be happy to help you further once I have more information. ??

    Have a great day.

    Hello marie911,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand you do not have Google Merchant Center linked to your website.
You are not using any plugin either that feeds data to the GMC.

It appears Google is reading the data from your website directly.
I suggest you create an account at the Google Merchant Center and feed the correct data to the GMC.

Could you share the URL of the website so I can review it?

I recommend Google for WooCommerce, a free plugin offered by WooCommerce.
It will allow to you control the feed sent to GMC and make sure correct data is displayed in the Google search results.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have any questions.
We are here to help ??

    Best regards.

Sorry @marie911 I should have been more clear. You stated on Google you’re seeing an incorrect price or currency. Please take a screenshot of that which you saw in SERP

    Hi @marie911

I understand your products are showing in US dollars in Google search results, but you’ve set your WooCommerce currency to CAD.

The issue you’re experiencing may be related to how Google interprets the currency on your site. If it can’t correctly identify the currency, Google may default to US dollars.

If you check your product price, and you’ll notice the currency symbol is the dollar sign, indicating it’s in US dollars. This is where Google Crawl might get confused.

To troubleshoot the issue, I would suggest doing a few things, such as:

I hope this provides some clarity on the matter. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
