wrong currency is transferred to paypal

I am not sure if its caused by this plugin or paypals plugin.
It works fine with stripe, but something goes wrong with paypal, depending on your base currency, you might loose a lot of money, so someone with a similar configuration might double-check if theirs is working ok.

I have a shop set up with base currency in RUB, but also accept USD and EUR payments.
It was working fine, not sure on which update the error started occuring.

The state now is:

• take a product
• switch to EUR (price is 91eur) or USD
• add to cart, go to checkout
• click on pay with paypal
• the transaction summary in paypal shows 91 RUB! which is less than 1 EUR

it doesn’t matter if currecy selection happens on product page or checkout page.
I had to deactivate paypal payments for now, will check if it works better with “Paypal Standard” but in current state I might as well give out my products for free that with 99% loss
