Wrong Currency

    Good Day

    We have new issues

    On the slider we have selected our local currency South African Rand, Symbol R and ZAR,

    It show correctly on the slider but the application it still show the dollar $ after we have completed a test application. Client that have used the site to apply via the website application form indicates $ instead of R

    We have selected the option that the admin fee must before interest is there away we can show the admin fee separately

    Can you indicate exactly where you see the $ symbol?

    We see the dollar reon the back end application
    and on the application form on the emails

    Simple question Do i Need to delete the old version and reinstall it?

    Or how do I run the update

    Upload the update using FTP.

    If this isn’t possible, delete the old version and install the new. You will not lose and data or settings (they are all stored in the database

    Got is reinstalled made a mistake

    It still show the years and dollars in WordPress under the application

    That is most strange.

    Two other people have installed the update and it fixed the problem.

    We are also not receiving the auto responders and the detail application for as a client

    On our side if test application and select the option ” Send application details to your email address” as a client we don’t receive a copy

    I will forward the print screen of the currency and year that still show dollar and year instead of month

    Gmail is not receiving the application forms

    I’ve tested again on my site (this time using R) and it all works.

    Which suggests there is a config problem on your site.

    PS: I did note that you don’t have an SSL. Which may be why gmail blocks the messages
