    Missing / after the domain.

    I hope you are doing well today.

    It seems that path is missing:
    /wp-content/uploads/forminator/ after the domain name.

    Is there any plugin on your site that hides WP core, or do you manually code core in a way that the wp-content/ folder has a different name?

    Please let us know more details about your site setup. Also, note that Forminator will work with the default WP core path only.

    Also, please run a conflict test. Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works.

    Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.
