Wrong country for IP address ?

I made up these lists about a year ago. I will be updating the list soon. It could be mistake that I made, or it could be that an ip block changed hands.

Thanks. Also don’t know if it’s relevant but I have “really stupid maths” ticked (captcha weren’t always showing) but the log for the (non)Japan one says also

“passed open captcha” –

is that generic for passed the challenge/deny ?

Also wondering if there’s a way to test what the person sees – If i try, my ip address is in good cache – need a way to force a trap without getting blacklisted – i was kinda hoping that the diagnostics would do it. Is there maybe a webservice one can go through for testing ?
