Hello, as the title suggests after installing the plugin, I see the user card and all the features work correctly .. all except the member-events-upcoming counter which immediately shows the number 88. I tried to insert a couple of events to see if the count was regularized, but nothing. Any advice to solve the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

We don’t know why you see ’88’. No other users have reported that issue.
You may want to turn on WP Debug and then check your log for relevant errors.

Ok I found two errors, but I don’t think they relate to your plugin, but I could be wrong, so I report them below:

    1 database ERROR messaggio
    Table 'my_marcorosini.avwp_wpforo_logs' doesn't exist

    Query
    SELECT DISTINCTkey,value`
    FROM avwp_wpforo_logs
    WHERE sessionid = ‘WN3PlgMhZhWoPFshov9crdxkxclzA1jzBCux7TBRViv’
    AND key IN(‘neutral’,’error’,’success’)`

You could try deactivating the plugins listed in the errors and see if that affects the count.

I have found the solution to the database error, which seems to have also solved the php error, but the wrong count still exists. I will do other experiments to try to understand and I will let you know.

Hi, I am doing several tests with clean installations, with only buddypress and buddypress simple events installed. The problem repeats itself.

More I use your plugin and more I believe the problem is there.
I now see the anomaly with the themes: Community Builder Pro, Twenty Twenty and Twenty Twenty-Two.
    https://i.postimg.cc/mk72bKxq/ERROR2.png
Also with the Twenty Twenty-Two theme, if the user clicks on the events item in the menu (see image), an error is received:

Warning: require_once(/membri/mrlab/wp-content/plugins/bp-simple-events-pro/templates/events-loop-pro.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /membri/mrlab/wp-content/plugins/bp-simple-events-pro/inc/pp-events-templates.php on line 45

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/membri/mrlab/wp-content/plugins/bp-simple-events-pro/templates/events-loop-pro.php' (include_path='.:') in /membri/mrlab/wp-content/plugins/bp-simple-events-pro/inc/pp-events-templates.php on line 45

I do not understand how your other users have not encountered these problems .. maybe there is some setting that I am wrong?!
