Wrong Comments Appearing with Posts

All of my posts show the comments for a another single post. No matter which post I pull up, it’s always the same comments.

When I add a new post, all of the posts then show the comments for the next post down the line. Every post, always the same incorrect comments, until I add a new post, then the comments shift down another one.

People can add comments and they’ll be saved properly in Dashboard, however they never appear correctly on the site.

Does this sound like a problem with my comments template? Or my Single post template? Any ideas how I can fix it?
