• Hi,

Thanks for developing the plugin, it has saved us a lot of time.

We want to report an issue which happens in less than 10% of cases but is problematic for both seller and buyer.

    > Label is printed out with wrong COD amount which forces the seller to manually create a new label.

    > Creating a new label triggers another GLS email package notification to the buyer who then panics thinking he is receiving 2 packages.

We have heard from other users who received GLS parcels and receiving double GLS email package notifications many times. Therefore, we believe this is not happening to many other sellers.

    Steps to reproduce:
    – I open an open order with COD in Woocommerce > Orders > Edit order
    – I click on the GLS icon
    – COD amount is: 10,00
    – I click on Print Label
    – Print preview opens within the browser
    – COD amount in Print preview is OK
    – I click on Print
    – Printer prints out label with COD amount: 9,99

Browsers where the issue happens: Chrome, Firefox, Edge
Issue is randomized and we have not found a pattern.

We understand this might be a browser issue but any type of investigation at this point is useful. Again, this is happening to many sellers and buyers.

    Thanks for your time.
