• I’ve set up this plugin and I’m having a problem.

I have sub-categories setup and this plugin to show them in each parent category page.

So for example I have the categories “Watches” and “Jewelry” and for each one of those I have 2-4 sub-categories.

I want each category’s sub-categories to appear on the main category’s page.

What happens is that in the jewelry category, appears only the Watches’ sub-categories (when they shouldn’t appear at all).

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

the plugin show the categories that match with category that you see in this moment if you set the query type to AND.
Otherwise, if you set it to OR the filter show all categories in all pages. Could you check the plugin configuration, please ? Are you sure you have the correct settings ?

Thank you. I had selected the option “Radio” for how to show the categories which had no option for multiple selection and query type.

Before I set it to radio I had it set to “Checkbox” and I had indeed selected the “OR” query type.

Selecting “Radio” afterwards did not clear the previous settings, so I re-enabled Checkboxes, put the setting back to “AND” and then re-enabled Radio. This solved it but I’m guessing it’s not the intended behaviour.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi there,

thanks for reporting about this. I send your issues to our developers because we need to investigate about that because you’re right it’s not the intended behaviour.
