Wrong canonical tags on paginated archive pages

Hi there I’m using the Ajax pagination function but all pages with “?_page=*” have the canonical tags pointing to their root page.

For example, https://www.example/com/blog/?_page=5 has rel=”canonical” href=”https://www.example.com/blog/”. I have Yoast installed but it’s the same when Yoast is disabled.

Can you please help? Thanks!
