Wrong Cannonical

I am having a problem with the Canonical listing that the Yoast plugin is reporting.
The WordPress website that I have installed is actually under a directory:
When looking into the source code – this is being reported as the Canonical listing for any page that isn’t the home page. For example:
https://www.domain.com/ant/ant/about/overview/
Basically the directory name “/ant” is being repeated twice. Any ideas what could be causing this?
