    Hi there.

I am using the parallel payment method so that the customer can buy products from two sellers in a single purchase. But when the customer buys products from 2 different sellers at the same time, the payment calculation is being done wrong. For example:

    Product Seller 1 – 10,00
    Product Seller 2 – 20,00

    Owner Commission 12% – 1,20 + 2,40 = 3,60

    Seller 1 – Shipping 67,00 – Product 10,00 less 12% – Total receivable R$ 75,80 BRL – This is OK

    Seller 2 – Shipping 37,60 – Product 20,00 less 12% – Should receive R$ 55,20 but received only R$ 17,60

MarketPlace Administrator Must receive 3,60 but received R$ 41,20 BRL – 2 commissions OK plus 37,60 shipment from Seller 2

I have no problems when shipping is free to both sellers.

    I use:
    Market Place: Dokan Multivendor MarketPlace
    Products: WooCommerce
    Shipping: WooCommerce Correios
    Payment: Dokan PayPal Adaptive Payment

    https://mercadocaseiro.com

If you need to test, you can buy “Cerveja AL” and “Queijo AM”, so you can test how the problem is. No need to register, just fill in the checkout data.

    Valid CPF: 059.555.389-33
    Valid CEP: 88015-640

    Please, can you help me?

    Thank you for your help!
