• Hello everybody,

I just installed this plugin to give 3% discount for customers, who pay via bank transfer (hopefully this is the correct way of saying it in English, in German we say “überweisung/Vorauskasse”). This works fine – unless there are shipping costs.

An example: when the customer chooses to pickup the product, there are no shipping costs of course and the 3% discount are calculated correctly. But when there are shipping costs on top of the subtotal, the discount price rises for only about 2ct, but not to the correct value.
I am using the newest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, Germanized and this plugin. I already googled, tried different settings but nothing helps, the shipping costs are not considered in the calculation of the discount.

I am really looking forward to any, any if just so little thing that could help me, so thank you in advance!

By the way: my shop is not available on the live version of my website at the moment, that’s why I am not sending a link.

    Kind regards
    Sandra

    Hi,

Thanks for using plugin and share your queries with us.

Do you mean discount should be only on items total not on cart total? .

Also can you please try deactivating Germanised plugin and check and let me know.

    Thanks

I solved this issue by my own by just saying the discount is only on the products, not on the shipping costs, so this is fine.

BUT in the meantime, there is another issue:
I want to give my customers a discount of 3% if they pay via bank transfer, shipping costs excluded. This works great so far, but when I look at the order details in the WordPress backend, the wrong subtotal is shown. On the bottom of the page there is
    – the subtotal WITHOUT the discount
    – taxes INCLUDING the discount and depending on the subtotal minus the discount
    – the total amount INCLUDING taxes and the discount.

So this is really really confusing and I think it is shown on the invoice in exact the same way (haven’t tried it yet). It would be best if the summary would be something like:
    Subtotal
    Discount
    Included Taxes
    Total

Is there any chance to make things more clear?
