Wrong Breadcrumb!

    Hi! Would you please help me with this issue! I’m having wrong Breadcrumb path on all pages!

    For example the path should be:
    Home > About us > You are in good hands

    a new item is inserted after Home! called Sample Page
    Home > Sample Page > About us > You are in good hands

    I don’t know why this item is displayed. All pages in About us has About us as a a parent page! I tried to remove all templates from the plugin settings, but the Sample Page is still visible!
