Wrong BItcoin addresses

  • Tried both, Electrum and Blockchain, everything works flawlessly until you realise the bitcoin address generated after the checkout page is TOTALLY not your own wallet. I tried checkout 20 times, and every time I am getting different wallet code. It seems like the developer is trying to cash-in themselves by giving out their own e-wallet code instead of the user’s preset, or just me ?

    Is this wordpress or developer’s issue ? I’m using wordpress 4.0
    need help here.

  • The addresses are being generated based on your electrum seed. They will be different every time. This is by design. Developer is not trying to cash in on anything. Do your research.
