wrong amphtml link sub blogs on WPMU

Hi All,
I use this plugin on my WPMU blog.
Main site address of permalink .html and AMP page “*plog-post.html?amp” this is working.
Example: https://mutfaksirlari.com/ispanakli-yogurtlu-bugday-salatasi.html?amp
but sub blogs AMP permalinks are including forward slash “blog-post/amp/” in the normal page source code but this is getting 404 page
<link rel=amphtml href=https://reyhanin.mutfaksirlari.com/2016/04/03/minion-pastam/amp/> This is wrong amp path.
It should be
<link rel=amphtml href=https://reyhanin.mutfaksirlari.com/2016/04/03/minion-pastam?amp>
how can i change “/amp/” to “?amp” for sub blogs.
Sub blog Example: https://ayferle.mutfaksirlari.com/2014/03/10/hashasli-kek-serbetli/amp/

Yes Of Course it is enabled network wide. If you check source code of below link. you can see link rel amphtml code.

already amp page is working. but not like this “04/03/minion-pastam/amp/”
working like this “04/03/minion-pastam/?amp”how can i change amphtml code from “/amp” to “?amp” into the source code
