- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscription Plans -> click on the subscription plan you have this issue with -> and now send a full screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page, hover your mouse cursor over the member (with which you have encountered this issue), and click on the Edit Member link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Member page click on the “Edit” button from the Subscription tab and please take a screenshot of the Subscription Logs and send it (make sure all the subscription data from that page can be seen). You can see here an example of how the Subscription Logs should look.
Important: Please make sure the user’s personal information, for example, the email address, name, etc is blurred/hidden from the screenshot.
4. Is this the only member you had this issue with or are there others?
