wrong amount of points

Hello,

I wanted to delete a point from a customer, but didn’t want to use the subtract option in the plugin so the customer see that action in her log/receive the email that I changed the points.
so I deleted the log (the admin action, the amount which I added by mistake.) so now the customer only has two logs : (Purchase point + sign up reward)
but before that it was three: (Purchase point + Admin action + sign up reward)
Now that I deleted the log from php database, in the history it doesn’t show the admin action, but that admin action is still considered in the total point.
so how can I update the points or change the total points for this customer (with out notifying her)
