    Hello, first of all sorry for the problem you are having, but could you check the following?

    • Did you enter a valid RPC address? If you are using the RPC address “https://api.mainnet-beta.solana.com”, please get an RPC from a private provider as we mentioned because Solana’s public RPC does not allow access.
    • Is your token newly minted? If your token is freshly minted, please make sure to transfer it between several wallets and try again with token balances in different wallets.
    • Make sure you have selected the correct Token Program.
