Writting a book

Hi,

I am for myself and others wrinting a book about the korean Grammar. In the book I write, I follow basicaly all the lesson that I have been following.

So for each level, there are 2 books. In each book, every lesson have 4 grammar point. I write for each grammar an article and I organize them in a menu (menu -> book1 -> chapter2, etc…).

My question is how to generate table index and how to add a ‘Print in PDF’ button for the book, the lesson that I am making?
