Writio not publishing posts

I installed writio few days ago. Everything went fine, writio generated post and published it to my site. I upgraded to paid plan and writio published second post. However after that the posting doesn’t work. It shows at writio site “publishing 5/6” and doesn’t proceed from that. How can I get support/help?
