Writing first sitemap files

    I tried following the directions exactly and I am still getting these error messages.

    – There was a problem writing your sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable.
    – There was a problem writing your zipped sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable.

    I made sure the permissions were right and even tried creating the sitemap.xml and sitemap.xml.gz files myself and placing them in the main directory and nothing. What could I be doing wrong?

    Looks like it just needed some time because it’s working now…
