Writing and editing posts time out, verrrrry slow, and errors

    Hello any and all,

    Whenever I try to write a post (or edit one) it goes soooooo slow. Many times, it even times out. If I am able to make an edit, it doesn’t always keep the edits or the entire article written, saving just part. Very frustrating! I can’t always access the visual editor either. The button is there, but I can’t select it. I originally thought that it was a plugin, but the site is slow all over as well (and I deactivated that plugin).     Try disabling all plugins, if that helps, reactive them one by one to find out which one is slowing down your posting.

    I disabled all plugins, and it is still slow on both the admin (and website) sides. My host says that is is a wordpress issue and is not on their end…..

    I’m so confused. Any other suggestions?!
