    Hi,

On our website with MailPoet 3, we have write permission enable (755) to wp-content/uploads folder. We migrated the website from a server running DirectAdmin to a server running Plesk, and the MailPoet plug-in just stopped working.
MailPoet shows an error telling it needs write permission to wp-content/uploads folder, but this is already enabled.
Everything else on this website works, just MailPoet stopped working.

Is there anything we can do to solve this issue?

    Please let me know, thanks!

    With kind regards.
