    what files does this plugin change or need write access to.

    Hello,

    I’m having also this issue, but when i seeing my data then i found some terms are Duplicate in my list, so it gives Permission error.

    So i remove all duplicate terms from my bulk import sheet and then i import successfully.

    Will you please Apply this method.
