Write Page > Category Heirarchy / duplication bug

In the above two images, you see the write post category section not displaying categories in the proper hierarchy as compared with the second image. The categories in the first image will only indent themselves once the post has been saved with the desired category but will otherwise remain listed without indentation if they’re unchecked.

Furthermore, when creating a category using the write page, a number of categories will appear to duplicate on the list. Saving or refreshing the page removes these duplicates, though this issue poses a problem in regards to efficiency.
