write in cyrillic

Hello did you change the language to Russian or did you install the Russian version of WordPress? What browser are you using and what keyboard are you using?

i have install russian version of wordpress…i use safari and i have a russian mac

It might help you with ??????…….I have not tested this plugin but then I don’t have to type in Russian…

Sorry but this plugin doesn’t work… or maybe you can explain to me how you use it?

I never tested the plugin but the reason why I submitted the plugin to you is because it provides ability to type in your font. For example if you type in Russian on your computer lets say in word it works correctly but when you type in Russian in wordpress it does not work. That means that the editor in wordpress is not compatible with cyrillic text or the version of wordpress has a minor bug.

Try to type in plain html not wysiwyg styel editor and see what happens.

WP database charset must be utf8. You have no check it. Are you familiar with PhpMyAdmin ?

you can add also AddDefaultCharset UTF-8 directive in the .htaccess file.
And in wp-config.php check this strings

define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');
define('DB_COLLATE', 'utf8_general_ci');

You have to change collation in your database.
