Write a link to a page in the footer of a post

  • How can I write a link (for example in the footer of a post) to a page, of which I know the ID and the title?

    For example, I have a page which page_id = 7 and page_title = abc (the page_id and the page_title are in meta-tags of the post).

    In the footer of alla posts I want a link such as abc or similar.
