Wrapping a block in an internal link

    I’d like to create a block where the top-level element is linked to a different internal page. I understand that in the RichText editor, you can highlight text and add internal links (clicking the “chain” icon will give you the internal page selection feature). I’d like to essentially add this feature as one of the block’s InspectorControls, so that when you click the block in question, it gives you the option to assign an internal page to link to. So far I can’t find any blocks that would permit this. Of course, I could let users enter the URL manually, but this seems unnecessary if there’s existing block types that present you with a searchable list of the internal pages to select from. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

    I think you’re looking for the URLInput field. I had exactly the same case and it provides exactly what you need:
