    Dear Essential-Blocks support team,

indeed, I am a happy user of Essential-Blocks and I have been using the WRAPPER and the ACCORDION quite often on my site.

However, since a while, WRAPPER and its content are occupying empty space on my pages but most of the WRAPPERS are not visible any more (empty space with invisible content behind).

I tried with deactivating plugins, installing on a practically empty site but the WRAPPER stays invisible.

On my main site, where I encountered the issue first, a few WRAPPERs are still visible – but on pages with the identical layout, most are invisible.

During page edit, the WRAPPER is visible and acts accordingly (incl. animation) but on the front-end, it won’t show in most cases.

I tried a lot but there seems to be no pattern which could be identified as the source of making them visible or invisible, hence, I am lost.

Maybe you could have an idea where to dig.

Thank you very much for your help – in advance.

    Kindest regards

    Michael

    Hi @mitfi

I hope this message finds you well. It’s odd to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. In order to help you better, could you please provide me with an editor screenshot and a frontend screenshot? This will allow me to understand the situation more clearly. Additionally, if you could create a sample page with the wrapper and share it with me, I can investigate the issue more deeply.

Furthermore, I attempted to reproduce the same issue using the Twenty Twenty-Three and other themes, and in most cases, they seemed to be working correctly. Have a look here – https://d.pr/v/OIdpVQ

Thank you for your cooperation. I’m looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
    Have a nice day.

    Dear @mahbubshovan,

thanks for your fast and constructive feedback, very much appreciated!

I have done a short video demonstrating my issue:

    https://www.dropbox.com/sh/24o4vpfhfx001tq/AACd7_mf3ZBIG6OC_U1cBQIZa?dl=0

Although this is running on WordPress bleeding edge test site under PHP 8.2, the same occurs on other sites. As I said, if I look behind the scenes, some code is present on the page but the WRAPPER is not visible.

My site has no CUSTOMIZER CSS which could influence.

    Thanks a lot in advance.

    Dear?@mahbubshovan,

I have added a screenshot in the above ref. folder, demonstrating the HTML WRAPPER content of the page.

The issue is present in both, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari.

    Kind regards

    Hi @mitfi

It’s puzzling to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the theme and PHP version despite my own successful test on my end. To better understand the problem, could you please provide me with your website’s URL and settings? I can investigate further and see if there are any underlying issues causing the discrepancy. If possible, please also try testing on another server or local site to see if the issue persists. I look forward to hearing back from you and resolving this matter.

Thank you for your attention, and have a great day.

    Hello @mahbubshovan,

    thanks!

The URL is https://test.finkenberger.net, however, what settings are you interested in?

In the video, I had no Plugins loaded and worked with Theme Twenty Twenty-One.

There’s no additional CSS, no child theme, no functions.php of mine, no tweaking of any theme’s *.php.

And we have the standard WordPress settings.

If you need more details, just let me know.

    Kind regards

    Michael

    Hi @mahbubshovan,

    great, thank you!

Yes, after checks I can say that the problem disappeared on two sites tested with the updated version.

One funny thing appears now, however: the fade-in is no longer shown in the back end. E.g. sliding is still visible there but fade-in or delays are no longer “pre-visible” in the back end during page edit. But this is not a big problem as long as the front end shows up accordingly.

Thanks for the resolution and kind regards

    Michael
