Wrapper Link only working when logged in

Since the last update, wrapper links on all sites are only working when logged into the site. When not logged into the site, the links do not work at all.

@gael1999 When I open a page in Elementor, certain elements are not shown when I am logged in. If I look at the frontend, the elements are shown. Something is still not going well here.
