Please add following css to fix the issue. We will also add this in our plugin’s next release.

.ae-link-yes * {
    cursor: pointer;
}

You can add this to your child theme’s css file or add as Custom CSS in customizer.

When you upgrade the plugin have a look if you can have the browser show the address in the corner, then it will fully behave like a link.

It is not a standard html anchor link. It is a javascript based functionality. That’s why it is not showing you the link at the corner.
We will explore the options to improve it.
