Wrap Text Automatically as Default

I know I can use the [TOC] shortcode on individual pages to make the page text wrap left or right (to make the text even with the top of the TOC).

But is there a way to set this as a default for ALL pages so I don’t have to do it manually for all 200 of my site’s pages?
