Wrap e-mail notification plugin inside wordpress theme

Hi! I am using the WordPress e-mail notification plugin (https://watershedstudio.com/portfolio/software/wp-email-notification.html). It is really a cool plugin but… has somebody succeeded to wrap it in the wordpress theme? Or, how could I wrap external php files in my wordpress theme? MANY THANKS!!! Michiel
